We guarantee that our equipment is in proper working condition, ready for delivery, and prepared with care. For added peace of mind, every purchase includes a 6-month warranty and a 10-day inspection period after delivery.
During the inspection period, you may operate the equipment and have it inspected by a local mechanic or equipment specialist. If the equipment is not as described or does not meet your expectations, you may return it according to our return policy.
Start by exploring our available equipment online. Each listing includes photos, specifications, hours, price, and important equipment details so you can choose the right machine with confidence.
Once you find the equipment you want to purchase, click the Buy Now button on the listing page. This will open a secure Purchase Agreement form.
You will be asked to enter your full name, phone number, email address, and complete delivery address. Please make sure all information is accurate because it will be used to prepare your Purchase Agreement.
After your information is submitted, your Purchase Agreement will be generated automatically. Please review all details carefully, including your name, address, equipment information, and purchase price.
Once everything is correct, you can sign the Purchase Agreement directly online using your phone, tablet, or computer. After signing, a PDF copy of the signed agreement will be emailed to you and to our sales department.
After the agreement is signed, our financial department will provide the payment instructions. Payment is made by secure bank wire transfer to our corporate account. Once payment is confirmed, the equipment is reserved exclusively for you.
We offer delivery to your specified address at a rate of $0.40 per mile. When the equipment arrives, you will have 10 days to inspect it, operate it, and verify that it matches the description.
If the equipment is not as described or does not meet the agreed condition, Moreno Equipment Sales LLC will assist with the return process. Return shipping costs are covered by us, and your payment will be refunded in full within 24 hours after the equipment is returned.
Once you are satisfied with the equipment, our team will assist with the final documents, including the bill of sale and ownership transfer documents. After the transaction is completed, the equipment is officially yours.
